THE award-winning John Hegley stops off at the Theatre Royal, Winchester, on March 5 with a new show of poetry, puppetry, comedy, camaraderie, tragedy, travesty and song. Oh, and tap-root dancing!
First performed at last year's Edinburgh fringe show, Hegley's one-man comedy muse proved a huge success.
The bespectacled author of nine books is widely known as one of the country's most innovative comic artists.
He is a regular sell-out at the Edinburgh Festival and has also performed at comedy festivals in Melbourne, Montreal and Aspen, Colorado, and at a Colombian women's prison!
Tickets from £10. Box office 01962 840440.
