SIMON Hambidge took a phenomenal bag of carp to win the 'Teams of Four' individual honours at Witherington Farm.
The Cormorants AC and Dynamite Baits sponsored angler took 45 up to 4lb on floating pole and corn to land an incredible 166lb total.
Nearest rival Pete Newman (Poingdestres) finished a remote second with 65lb 12oz of carp from peg 15 on Cottage Lake on a mixture of pole and waggler tactics.
Ian Goodfellow (Withies Select) was third with the top weight from Topmoor (58lb of carp to 2lb on the pole and pellet). Steve Pomery (Poingdestres) and Ray Haywood (Eastleigh Mosella) were joint fourth with 53lb.
Withies Select were the top team with 36 points out of 44, from Poingdestres (32) and Eastleigh Mosellas (29). With three matches left, Withies now top the league with 158 points from Eastleigh Mosella with 153.5. Cormorants are still in touch with 142.
The Salmon Leap AC club match at Manor Farm, Ower was won by Ian Ellcock with a 10lb 3oz carp plus skimmers and roach for 14lb 3oz on pole and worm. Andy Baker was second with an 8lb carp and bits for 9lb 14oz with Sean McGratten third with an 8lb 14oz silver fish bag on the pole and caster.
Others: S. Hibbs 8lb 11oz, S.Watson 6lb 14oz, M.Baker 6lb 5oz.
Cormorants' club match on Sellwood and Cottage Lakes at Witherington Farm saw victory go to Poingdestres Clive Egerton with 76lb 2oz of carp to 5lb on the pole and corn from Sellwoods Lake. Dave Sharp caught 62lb 8oz of carp to 9lb from Cottage Lake on the waggler and corn.
Others: P.Newman (Poingdestres) 40lb 4oz, G.Maton (Cormorants) 38lb 6oz, S.Hambidge (Dynamite Baits) 38lb 4oz.
Veteran Terry Hiscock won Christchurch AC's club match at Hordle with 68lb of carp to 4lb on the long pole tight to the far bank on Spring Lake. Jem Turner was second with 51lb 6oz of carp from the next peg, with Bournemouth Lodge's Chris Albiston third with 48lb 9oz, including 16lb of quality roach on caster.
Others: N.King 45lb 8oz, M.Dean 43lb.
The Greenridge Farm Sunday Open saw victory for Mark Brown who collected £100 for his 42lb 5oz bag of carp to 3lb taken on peg 18 on Canal Two.
Kev Hatcher finished second with 39lb 4oz of carp on the pole and maggot from peg 22 on Canal Three with Dean Rowden third with 30lb 6oz from peg 15 on Canal Two.
Mick Kenny won Canal One with 17lb 14oz, Mark Brown Canal Two with 42lb 5oz and Kev Hatcher Canal Three with 39lb 4oz.
Salisbury entertained TVAS and Southampton Piscatorial on the Hampshire Avon at Salisbury with Frank Gumbleton taking six chub for 13lb on stick float and maggot to beat TVAC's Steve Ware, with five chub for 11lb 10oz. Dickie Burt (Salisbury) was third with 8lb 8oz and Eastleigh's Maurie Townsend fourth with 6lb 7oz.
