BISHOPS Waltham-based recruitment agency Solutions4Recruitment, which specialises in the placement of marketing, PR and design professionals, has welcomed another new addition to the team.

Katie Blanch, 21, joined the team after graduating with a 2.1 degree from Southampton Institute.

Having specialised in marketing, Katie was looking to secure an opportunity in which she could put what she had learned into practice.

"My degree gave me a really good insight into various elements of the marketing mix," she said.

"I wanted to work in an environment that would utilise these skills.

"Solutions has a professional approach to recruitment where personal growth and development is encouraged.

Along with maintaining relationships with candidates, Katie is chiefly responsible for Solutions' marketing, advertising, and PR activity.
