A 15 year-old girl was raped and assaulted by two Winchester City footballers at the London Hilton, a court heard.

Shaun Dyke (29) and Andrew Forbes (25) then smashed up the suite in a drunken brawl, it was claimed.

They took the girl to the room for drinks after meeting her in the lobby following a night at a West End club. Dyke forced her to give him oral sex and raped her without a condom, as Forbes, who now plays for Eastleigh FC, watched from the next bed, it is alleged.

Forbes then made her give him oral sex as well, Middlesex Guildhall Crown Court heard. Once the girl had left, the players and another man set off a fire extinguisher and tore a cupboard door from its hinges, jurors were told.

Dyke and Forbes claim they thought the girl was 18 and she had sex with them willingly. Dyke, who runs his own valeting business, told police: "She was more interested as soon as she knew I was a footballer. She was all over me."

The girl met the pair in the Hilton Metropole lobby at around 2am on May 30th last year. She claimed Dyke put his arms round her and began French kissing her in front of the security guard.

Officer in the case, DC Josh Harris, told the court: "She said she pushed him away but found herself on the 13th floor. She said they asked her if she wanted a drink and she went voluntarily to their room."

The girl claimed Dyke made her give him oral sex and then got on top of her on the bed. DC Harris said: "She was pushing him away, but he was far stronger, so she could not push him off."

Dyke and Forbes tried to check out two hours later, but were stopped by security guards, the court heard. They said they thought they were being kept back because of the damage to their room.

Dyke later claimed he was shocked she was "just a little girl", because she looked like she had been out on the town.

Dyke added: "As we were walking through the lobby she said: 'Oh hello'. We started chatting. I said we were going back to our room to have a couple of drinks and she said would we mind if she joined. We got into the room. She's a pretty girl and she kissed me on the lips. Then she started proper kissing."

He claimed the girl boasted she had a "lot of experience" and asked if he had a condom, the court heard.

He said the girl then left to go back to her parents, but gave them her mobile number, he claimed.

He added: "She asked if it is all right to see you when my parents have gone to sleep. She said: 'See you later' and went."

Dyke, of Tern Close, Tilehurst, Reading, denies one count of rape and one of rape by oral penetration. Forbes, of Derrick Close, Calcot, Reading, denies one count of rape by oral penetration.
