FUNDING is up for grabs for groups looking to improve the lives of young people across Hampshire.
The Local Network Fund has grants of between £250 and £7,000 available for organisations which help mainly disadvantaged children and young people.
Bernice Heller, the fund's grant administrator, is concerned that many community groups could be missing out.
Now a coffee morning has been organised by Hampshire Children and Families Forum to help publicise the grants.
The event takes place at the Fair Oak Room at Wells Place Centre, Eastleigh, between 10am and midday on February 24.
For more details contact Linda Knowles on 023 8069 7281 or e-mail eastleigh@hcff.org.uk.
The closing date for the next round of applications is March 2.
