MUSICIANS are preparing for the biggest tsunami fundraising concert in Hampshire.
Some 80 performers are to play in Winchester Cathedral today in a concert that will attract hundreds of people.
The concert features the Winchester College Chapel Choir, the choir from University College Winchester and the combined brass of the Band of the Adjutant General's Corps and the Band of the Light Division.
Harry Sever and Thomas Jesty, BBC Young Choristers of the Year 2003-4 and Philip White-Jones on the organ will also take part.
Warrant Officer Simon Haw said: "We are just glad to be able to help. This is going to be a big event for the city."
Tickets on the door cost £3 for adults and £1.50 for children. There will also be a retiring collection. All proceeds go to the Disaster Emergency Committee.
