IN the Monty Python film 'The Meaning of Life', there is a rugby scene when a team of schoolmasters steamroller a team of spotty schoolkids while the school elders celebrate in wild hysteria on the touchlines.
As near as makes no difference, that scene was re-enacted three times on Saturday at Westwood Park, home of Cowes Sports FC when Andover were the unfortunates on the receiving end of a 3-0 hiding in front of without question the most hostile and unpleasant bunch of supporters in the Wessex League.
It capped a miserable day where the Lions' contingent saw their side throw away a gilt edged chance of three points, as they faced a home side which played an hour with ten men.
