ADVANCE notice of an important forthcoming local consultation: Next Wednesday, there will be a drop-in consultation session at Chineham Village Hall, between 7pm and 9pm.
This will be to consider aspects of a new community centre to be built at Taylor's Farm.
Views are being sought on such matters as the design, orientation and elevations of the building, potential activities/events and how the centre might be managed.
Details can also be found on the borough council's website at www.basingstoke.gov.uk
If you wish to make comments or get further information, then contact June Balcombe on 845477.
CHINEHAM Village Club entertainment: Tomorrow, there's another family night in the lounge bar, starting at 8pm.
And if that's not really your scene, but sport is, don't forget that a full sporting programme is shown on the big screen.
CHRIST Church, Reading Road update: Ruth Randall now has a new e-mail address for her role at Christ Church, which is admin@christchurchchineham.org.uk
This can be used to obtain information, as can the website www.christchurch chineham.org.uk
The church's regular Sunday services are held at 9am and 10.30am.
For a copy of the sermon programme, contact Ruth Randall via e-mail or by telephone/fax on 474280.
