NO MORE post office: We are all shocked to learn that, despite everyone's best efforts, the Queens Road post office will cease to function as of February 1.

We must now wait to see what will become of the shop and its effect on local residents.

BROOKVALE Parent and Toddler Group: The next get-together is on Wednesday.

There are several activities on offer and refreshments for the all-inclusive price of £1.20 per family.

Sessions are from 1.15pm to 2.45pm every Wednesday.
