PARISH council: At the meeting on January 17, dates for the Local Plan Inquiry were noted.
Of particular significance to Bramley are the following: February 15 - German Road development, February 24 - rural brownfield sites, April 27 - land at Tudor Farmhouse, and April 28 - land off Minchen's Lane.
The parish council has registered its comments and objections to these items.
Any member of the public can attend as an observer in the public gallery at Eastlands, London Road, Basingstoke.
A full listing of the Local Plan Inquiry is available from localplan.inquiry@basingstoke.gov.uk
It is suggested that you check with the programme office on 01256 834758 if you intend going to any of the meetings, to ensure the programme is running to time.
This month, the council raised objections to one of the planning applications to which it was to give consideration.
This was for eight dwellings, of varying sizes, with access, parking and associated works on land adjacent to 24 Lonbridge Road.
Overcrowding was the main objection.
