CLASSIC Comrades moved further clear at the top of the Drew Smith Southampton Premier Division after a comfortable 3-0 win against Priory Rovers.
Steve Field scored their first half opener before Andy Elliott and Jet Singh sealed the points.
Nursling's game at AFC Arrow and Otterbourne v Aztecs fell victim to the weather but the Locksley Sports v Wellow match had more than enough goals to make up for that.
Locksley led 5-2 but had to defend well late on as Wellow fought back for a 5-4 finish. Billy Cozens scored twice with Scott Turner, Keith Smart and a Jason Kurnow penalty also on target for Locksley.
Matthew Redman scored twice on his Wellow debut while Luke Askham and Paul Traies also scored.
A Darren Walker double and Jamie Hoare single secured three vital points in a relegation six-pointer for AFC Target against Brendon, who replied through Richie Patterson and Mark Burden.
Lowly Cadnam United (Wayne Green 2) lost 4-2 to high-fliers Botley Village (Andy Wakeley 2, Craig Wilson penalty, Matt Davis).
