A BELATED happy New Year to all in Cliddesden.
TRAVEL tokens: These will be issued in the Millennium Village Hall on Tuesday, between 2pm and 3.30pm.
MARDI Gras: St Leonard's Church is presenting a "Mardi Gras" lunch on Saturday, January 29, in the hall, at 12.30pm for 1pm.
There will be a licensed bar.
Tickets cost £7.50 for adults and £2 for under-16s, and are available from Bob Kew on 326817, Pat Rampton on 461034, Monica Tilley on 351204 and Ben Maunder on 327859.
All proceeds from the event will go to church funds.
PRESENTATION: Next month, on Saturday, February 5, the hall will host another fine art slide presentation by Barry Herbert.
His subject on this occasion will be the Pre-Raphaelites.
The presentation will start at 8pm.
There will be a licensed bar and tea and coffee will also be available.
