PUBLIC transport for senior citizens: A bus pass renewal and travel token issuing session will take place at Chineham Village Hall on Monday, February 14, from 9am to noon.
PC NIBLOCK: He is no longer our beat bobby.
He has, at rather short notice, moved to greener pastures.
A replacement is not yet in place so, in the meantime, local matters can be referred to the beat sergeant, our "old" friend, Sgt Doug Ashman on 07780 760624, or doug.ashman@hampshire.pnn.police.uk
WHAT'S on at Christ Church, Reading Road: If you are a young person at secondary school and looking for something to do on Friday evenings, then you may be interested to know that there's the TGIF Youth Club @ Christ Church.
It is open every Friday in term time, from 8pm to 10pm.
If you are free on a Tuesday morning, why not drop into the church for a drink, a cake and a chat at Open House?
The church is open every Tuesday from 10.30am to noon, and all are welcome.
For any queries regarding the church, contact Ruth Randall via e-mail on cchurch@surfaid.org or call 474280.
MOBILE library service: Will be back at Chineham Village Hall car park next Thursday, between 4pm and 4.20pm.
