FITNESS fans gave a super trooper birthday boost to Southampton based charity Leukaemia Busters.
Members of Esporta Hamp-shire tennis and health club at West End donated the proceeds from a raffle and auction at the club's tenth birthday party to the charity.
The party, which featured entertainment from an Abba tribute band, raised £1,731.91
for the children's leukaemia research charity.
Nigel Impey, Leukaemia Busters' fundraising manager, said: "We are delighted to be supported so generously by Esporta Hampshire and its members.
"We congratulate them on their tenth anniversary and wish them a very successful next ten years."
The charity is battling to develop new, improved and safer treatments for leukaemia and related conditions.
