Andover 18 Old Wimbledonians 5
With CFL UK sponsored Andover 1st XV entertaining Old Wimbledonians, it seemed they were having the same bad luck travelling down to Hampshire, as Andover had in corresponding away fixture earlier in the season.
A bad crash on the M3 delayed the kick-off and only gave the away side a short time to prepare.
The All Blacks had been playing well at the end of last year, except for the hiccup at Winchester, so hopes were high of a win, despite the opposition's higher league position.
Andover fielded a strong side, with the return of Danny Culley and Marc Wilding, plus the inclusion of Matt Ball on the bench for his seasonal 1st XV debut.
The opening exchanges were fast and furious, with the referee having to speak to individuals and both captains on a couple of occasions.
