VILLAGE carol concert: The hall was packed on December 21, with more than 190 people enjoying Pamber Heath's annual carol concert.
Tadley Concert Brass did us proud again, with not only musical accompaniment, but also by playing two very good Christmas selections.
Two members of the audience entertained us with some very funny readings. It was a pleasure to see so many old and new friends.
BALLROOM dancing: Don't forget Joe's back next Wednesday with a new session of ballroom and Latin American dance lessons.
The beginners' session is from 7.15pm to 8.15pm, improvers from 8.15pm to 9.15pm.
The course of five lessons in either session costs £20, or £25 for both sessions.

PLAY area: Improvements are proposed at Pamber Heath Village Hall.
These include a small skateboarding ramp and a soccer wall with a basketball net.
If you would like to review these proposals and make any comments on them, a drop-in workshop has been arranged for Wednesday, January 26, from 10.30am to 3.30pm, at the village hall.
