UP AND AWAY!: A cloud of balloons was launched in Brockenhurst yesterday to commemorate the 100th anniversary of one of the village's churches.
More than 250 people descended on St Saviour's Church to help celebrate the occasion, while 100 of the community's children attached personal messages of hope and peace to the balloons.
The church itself was the former private chapel of the Walker-Munroe family, but was given to the Brockenhurst community in 1905.
