ONE of the terrace of Parsonage Cottages in the heart of a Hampshire village is for sale with a price guide of £425,000.
The end-of-terrace period home is selling through the Odiham office of Lane Fox and its location is Bentworth - a small village set in an area of open farmland between Basingstoke and Alton.
The cottage has been extended and its focal point is a triple-aspect family kitchen-diner, with wood-effect flooring.
The dining area has French doors out to the garden, where there is a split-level patio, and the working kitchen has a Rayburn cooker and granite work surfaces.
There is a beamed ceiling and an inglenook-style fireplace in the lounge, while upstairs there are four bedrooms and a family bathroom.
A ground-floor room, which also has French doors leading outside, could be used as a formal dining room or an extra bedroom as it is adjoined by a shower room.
The current owners of the cottage use it as a study.
Matthew White, of Lane Fox, said: "This is a lovely cottage, presented in wonderful order."
