Heavy overnight frost wiped out most of the scheduled Bank Holiday Monday non-league matches in this area.
Among the victims were Eastleigh, who admitted several hundred people to the Sparshatts Stadium for the 12 noon kick off against Salisbury - and then refunded their money an hour later when conditions were still unplayable!
Winchester City suffered a late postponement of their Wessex League game against Andover at the Portway Stadium. The game was called off by the match referee just 15 minutes ahead of the planned 11.30 start.
City get back to action on Monday when they entertain second placed Thatcham Town (3pm).
And the Wessex Division 3 showdown between Micheldever and Colden Common also fell victim to the frost.
