The Andover Thrashers almost finished their first year together in style with a tournament win, but unfortunately fell at the last hurdle.
Last week they hosted the annual 'Beach Bowl', a five-a-side flag tournament held at the end of each year. Andover entered two teams, and were joined by sides from Bournemouth, Kent, London, Chichester and North Wales to name a few.
The event was split into two divisions of four, with Andovers' teams being drawn in separate pools.
