THESE are just some of the images that take pride of place in a Hampshire company's 2005 calendar. Millbrook Beds, near Southampton, which employs more than 360 people, produced the forward planner as part of its 'Nightlife' promotional campaign.
The company, which was founded in 1946 in a disused bakery by wartime aircraft assembly worker Walter Croll, is hoping to hit the ground running in January with new publicity material.
Much of the branding awareness is aimed at more than 40 million consumers in the UK who are aged over 25 and make up the target market for Millbrook, based at a four-acre site in Calmore, Totton.
The company has been racking up the coverage in magazines and newspapers, and one of its models is featured on the sides of delivery lorries.
A company spokesman said: "Research has shown that a brand or product needs to be seen 4.5 times before it's remembered.
"This is the target figure that is used for all promotional campaigns to benchmark success."
The pictures for the calendar were taken in Poole, Dorset, in August, and starred people like 25-year-old employee Lee McNeill.
He was picked out from the factory floor by a public relations guru for a two-hour modelling session on one of the company's hand-crafted beds.
Unusual orders this year included 21 beds destined for a private chartered plane in New Dehli, India.
The beds arm comes under the umbrella of Millbrook Industries, which has an annual turnover of £45m and 750 employees.
