CHRISTMAS fayre: A massive thank you to all for helping to ensure the success of the Oakley Infant School Christmas Fayre.

Santa was kept busy all night, and the fayre was a huge success.

A special thank you to the Friends team and all the helpers.

FINAL rehearsals: Are well under way for the forthcoming TOPS production of Snow White (all right?).

Performances, at Andover Road Village Hall, are on December 10 and 11, and tickets cost £5, including refreshments, and are available from Wendy on 780135.

JUMBLE sale: Tomorrow, at East Oakley Village Hall, from 2pm.

Please leave jumble at the hall from 10am, or call 781495 to arrange collection.

POST: Oakley Scout group's Christmas postal service is now up and running

For just 10p per card, they can be delivered within the village.

Cards from senior citizens and disabled persons are delivered free of charge.

PARISH council meeting: The next one is on Thursday, at Newfound Sports Ground, starting at 7.50pm with a public session, and the main meeting at 8pm.

OAKLEY Woodlands Group: Meets next Wednesday and Saturday, at St John's Copse. Contact Brian on 780810.
