GET those entries rolling in.

Hampshire residents have wasted no time dusting off the Christmas lights in a bid to win the title of Haskins Festive Home of the Year.

Since the competition was launched in the Daily Echo on Wednesday, entries have been flooding in.

Now Haskins' boss is urging householders to get creative to be in with a chance of winning £300 of store vouchers.

Manager Darren Galsworth, pictured right, said: "Decorating the exterior of your home has become increasingly popular in recent years, as people like to spread their festive themes from the inside to the outside of their houses.

"The entries so far have been very impressive and we are looking forward to a busy weekend as more people get into the Christmas spirit and stock up on their lights and decorations.''

Already, the Daily Echo has heard about spectacular homes around the area, festooned with sparkling lights, skating Santas and cheery snowmen.

We will be photographing nominations to bring you a selection of the festive best, before announcing the winner.

Just let us know about the most fantastic homes in your neighbourhood.

Top prize is £300 to spend in Haskins, Gaters Hill.

There are two runners-up prizes of £50 of store vouchers each.
