MERRIE Monk have eased themselves back into championship reckoning as they join Chute on 46 points with a game in hand over leaders Royal Oak Charlton.
There is now a three horse race for the title and there is little to choose between the rest and only five points seperate seven teams.
There is no change at the top of Division Two as Chute B kept their unbeaten record against the Plough but three teams share second. Defeat for Fred Druce allowed New Street A and the Railway Club to close up.
