HAVE you ever booked what should be a peaceful, sun-drenched and relaxing summer holiday, only to have hassles at every turn?
The plane is delayed for hours, a hapless tour rep, the hotel is overbooked and your room is still occupied when you arrive?
Well, Hook Players' next show will strike a familiar chord with you!
Fish Out Of Water (pictured above), by Derek Benfield, is a sparkling comedy that includes all these elements and more, as Agatha and Fiona come for a couple of weeks in the sun and find rather more than they bargained for.
The production takes place from Thursday, December 2, to Saturday, December 4, at the Elizabeth Hall in Hook. Doors open at 7.30pm, curtain up at 8pm.
Head for some summer sunshine on a winter's evening and laugh at the misfortunes of others as they try desperately to enjoy their fortnight in the sun on the Italian Riviera!
Tickets are available, priced £6 for adults and £4 for concessions, from Trees Newsagents in Hook or by calling 01256 760365.
