VOX populi... The recently postponed Rotherwick Parish Council meeting has been rescheduled for next Wednesday, at 7.30pm, in the village hall.

There is a slot on the agenda for topics from the public, with a maximum time allocation of 15 minutes.

So, if you have something you want to say about village issues, here's your chance!

HO HO ho... Santa Claus is coming to town on Thursday, in the village hall, so bring your wish list to the Whitewater School Christmas fair!

The doors open at 6pm so that working folk don't have to miss the fun.

There will be something for everyone including craft stalls, home-made produce and plenty of food and drink to revive flagging shoppers.

There are some great raffle prizes this year as well, so do come along and help swell the school's coffers.

FEELIN' fine on the B3349! The joys of the open road are back with us following the long-awaited conclusion of the roadworks on the B3349 from Hook to Heckfield.

But please resist the temptation to put your foot down on that nice smooth asphalt - the speed restrictions are back in place and we don't want any accidents to mar the new surface!
