STAFF at Hampshire Autistic Society are getting their brains in gear for their annual quiz night this month.
The next event in the charity's calendar takes place at the Rose Bowl in West End on Thursday, October 14.
First prize is £100 in cash and there are a number of runners up prizes during the night of brain-teasing fun.
Tickets for a team of five, including a ploughman's supper, cost £45, and the charity is still looking for more teams to enter - from firms, clubs and other organisations. To book a place call Sally Stemp on 01489 880881 extension 208.
The Whiteley-based charity is dedicated to improving the quality of life for people with autism.
Last week it held its annual fundraising event - a Hollywood Ball - at Winchester Guildhall.
The event, attended by former Saints manager Lawrie McMenemy and Saints club captain Jason Dodd, raised around £10,000 for the charity.
