RHYMETIME: The next session for mothers and babies/toddlers will be in the library on Monday, from 10.15am to 10.45am.
AUTUMN sale: St Mary's Guild has its autumn sale and food fair at the Kingsmill Room, tomorrow, from 10am to noon. Lunch will be available.
CHRISTMAS flowers: The Village Club is running two workshops for arranging Christmas flowers.
On Saturday, December 4, there will be an all-day course in table decorations, door wreaths, swags and so on, costing £15.
On Sunday, December 5, there will be a course for children aged nine plus, from 2pm to 4.30pm.
For £7.50 they can learn to make a floral Christmas tree to hang on the front door.
Call Josie Norton on 298059 for more details and to book.
LIVING paintings: The trust's Christmas cards are on sale at By Appointment in Swan Street.
Buying them supports our very own charity, which gives access to pictures for blind people.
The charity's Very Hungry Caterpillar for blind children is fabulous.
VILLAGE Plan: Randomly selected households will soon be asked to complete a questionnaire on the village plan.
This is a very important activity and will provide a focus for parish council's work for a few years.
