MEMBERS of a Hampshire lifeboat crew are sporting new drysuits after receiving a £1,600 grant.
Solent Rescue has been presented with the cash by representatives from Esso and ExxonMobil Chemical, the two companies that run Fawley Refinery.
Senior coxwain Ian Blomquist said: "We're a very active unit and drysuits are perishable items, so their replenishment is crucial."
The Lepe-based group patrols 33 square miles of the Solent and relies on the commitment of its 20 volunteers.
