PHOENIX Club: Met last Wednesday when the speaker was Richard Muddiman, who was thanked for filling in at the last minute for Chris Marsh-Jenks, who is ill.
Plans were made for the December buffet afternoon, when Silchester School choir will come to entertain, and there will be a Christmas raffle.
FLOWER arranging: Georgina Gillett will be demonstrating Christmas flowers on Tuesday, November 30, in the village hall.
This is preceded by a finger buffet lunch and followed by tea.
The event starts at 1.15pm and ends at 4pm.

CHRISTMAS card: Sales are going well, but we still need more support. The cards and notelets cost £3.50 for eight photographs of the church taken by local photographers.

AUCTION: On Saturday, November 13, from 10am, with viewing from 9am.
Our regular supporters will know to come early on the day before to book their goods in. Please note, only 10 items per person and we cannot accept jewellery, clothes etc.
