WILLOW on wood... Has now finished for the season at the Rotherwick ITW cricket Club at the sports field.

Congratulations to all our team members, as the league side won eight out of 12 games and finished third in the north-east division two of the Hampshire Cricket League.

The top two teams are promoted, but there is an outside chance that we will be promoted as well if any clubs above pull out of the league.

The cricket square is now cordoned off to protect it from rabbits, and has undergone its usual autumn preparations (scarify, loam, seed and fertiliser) ready for the rigours of winter.

Please ensure that dogs and children steer clear when playing in the park and we'll have a great surface again in the spring.
