A WINCHESTER church is throwing open its doors for a lunchtime talk on drugs.
Steve Rolles, from the Transform Drug Policy Foundation, is heading for the United Church in Jewry Street to talk about his work campaigning for a more just drugs policy.
He warns that his talk may be controversial - but says his arguments will be compelling. It takes place at 12.30pm on Wednesday.
