SUMMER fun organisers, the Hamble Week 2004 committee, are holding their annual meeting this evening.
Representatives of local causes that will benefit from this year's fundraising activity week will join the meeting at Roy Underdown Pavilion, at the College Playing Fields in Hamble.
All are welcome to join the meeting, which starts at 7.30pm, and refreshments will be served afterwards.
