STAFF at Basingstoke hospital are being quizzed on what they think of their working lives.
In the second national NHS staff survey, 800 employees at the hospital are being asked about work-life balance, job satisfaction, violence, and health and safety, by watchdog the Healthcare Commission.
In total, about 370,000 NHS employees have been invited to take part.
Basingstoke hospital chief executive Mary Edwards said: "The overall aim of the survey is to gather information that will improve the working lives of those who provide care for patients, and, in doing so, help us all to provide even better care."
After last year's survey, Basingstoke introduced a number of changes, including improving childcare policy and monitoring and measuring action in response to bullying.
Trust bosses say that they will again use staff views from the survey to introduce improvements in working conditions.
