ART Klub, Eastleigh borough's popular after schools art activity, is opening its doors on Saturdays.
The new Saturday sessions for 11 to 14 year-olds in the Hedge End area are between 10am and midday.
Tutored by local illustrator, Emma Lewis, projects covered will include pottery, printing, glass painting, illustration and much more.
Emma says: "This is a really exciting programme of activities giving young people a fantastic opportunity to try a variety of visual arts projects."
The workshops aim to be both fun and educational and will improve all round artistic skills, working with the schools' curriculum.
They are being held at Wildern School and are part of the visual arts programme run by The Point Arts and Dance Centre.
Anyone interested in joining the Art Klub Saturday sessions should contact Alex Gair at The Point, Leigh Road, Eastleigh or by ringing 07957 912044
