Nursling took great strides towards taking the Premier Division title by putting Hythe Aztecs to the sword.
They crushed the table-proppers 10-1 after Terry Kouziou opened the scoring after just 29 seconds - before Hythe had even touched the ball!
Kouziou completed his hat-trick, a feat equalled by Wayne West. Paul Odam grabbed a brace with Seamus McManus letting fly a scorching free-kick and Jake Wilson weighing in.
Nursling's cause was further assisted by in-form Otterbourne Reserves, who followed up last week's impressive cup defeat of Eastleigh Reserves by inflicting a first defeat on Classic Comrades with veteran Stuart Graydon and Tom Kerr earning their 2-0 win.
Botley Village blamed poor finishing for their failure to defeat ten man Wellow in a match that ended goalless.
AFC Arrow missed chances but managed a win, courtesy of Justin Chapman's conversion of a Mark Jones corner for the only goal of their game with Priory Rovers.
Brendon staged a remarkable comeback against Cadnam United. They trailed 3-0 on 40 minutes and pulled one back by half time through Richie Patterson. He added a second after the break and Mark Burden completed the salvage operation.
