YOU might not have heard of The Finn Brothers before but you will definitely have heard at least some of their songs.
The brothers, Neil and Tim, fronted two of the most successful Antipodean bands of all time: Crowded House and Split Enz respectively.
They released their first collaborative studio album in over eight years, Everyone is Here, in August and are now coming to the Pavilion Theatre in Bournemouth as part of a full UK tour.
Crowded House were by far the more successful of the two bands in the UK.
They had a string of hits from the late 80s to mid-90s, including Weather with You, Don't Dream it's Over, Fall at Your Feet and Four Seasons in One Day.
Split Enz only had one top 40 UK hit - I Got You - which reached number 12 in 1980.
The last time The Finn Brothers released a record and did a small tour to support it, it was very much a side project in addition to their main bands, but this time around this joint project has been their main focus and they are taking the tour very seriously indeed.
Tomorrow. (Sat) The Pavilion Theatre, Bournemouth. Tickets: £26.50. Box office: 0870 1113000.
