Two of the four sides level on points and chasing table-topping Trojans meet in Hampshire One tomorrow.
Third-placed New Milton & District host Fareham Heathens in second.
Heathens overtook their hosts following Milton's defeat to Trojans last weekend and the Foresters will want to repay the compliment this time around. Defeat for either side will virtually put either out of the title hunt.
Heathens, victorious in the mud last week over Farnborough, continue to struggle to put out a settled side and again are unable to field the same team with fly-half Nick Bowden missing. That means promising Mark Russell gets the nod.
James Nicholson returns at prop for Chris Veale while there are a number of changes in the back row with Trevor Illingworth and Anthony Reynolds restored to the side.
Milton welcome back skipper Matt Rule and winger Tom Morgan while Matt Wale is preferred to Watcyn Lewis at scrum-half as they try and rebuild after the heavy defeat of last weekend.
Trojans are without a host of players for their trip to lowly Nomads but they still should be too strong for the Portsmouth-based outfit.
They give debuts to lock Simon Greenhalgh and a bench appearance to former Swansea second-row Chris Noall. Tim Zeale returns from his exam leave and will come off the bench at some point but he cannot displace Ben Collins, who has impressed since his debut.
"We must be patient in our play and then the tries will come," said coach Pete Surtees. "As for the game, a win is a must."
Millbrook need to bounce back after two losses in a row but, while the forwards are at full strength with the exception of Shannon Passingham, the back division has all sorts of problems to sort out before their trip to Farnborough.
Dominic Sales is still out after his recent back operation, Aussie Pravin Scnevirante has a rib injury sustained last Sunday, Graham Hill's neck has not responded to treatment and Danny Moore tore a knee during training.
With Mike Goodridge aggravating a hamstring, Adam Cripps doubtful due to work and Alan Day expecting to have a fitness test, the problems are mounting up again for the Recreation Ground side.
In Hampshire Division Two, bottom side Fawley are in desperate need of a boost and they travel to Eastleigh with a few older heads in an effort to change their fortunes.
Former skipper Iain Sinclair has switched to number eight from centre while Sean Hanlon's back has recovered from his injuries. Eastleigh welcome back Wayne Rawlins for the first time in a year after suffering a serious ankle injury and he starts on the wing, while Gareth Carson starts at scrum-half allowing Peter Noonan his preferred fly-half berth. Jon Palacio is off for a career in the RAF.
