A SOUTHAMPTON business has scooped two gongs at the annual Theme Magazine Bar and Restaurant Awards in Brighton, Sussex.
Apartment 26, owned by locals Matthew Boyle and Ivor and Steve Smith, was judged best interior design.
Apartment 26, located in Bedford Place above The Lizard Lounge and designed by Romsey-based Julian Taylor Associates, achieved the accolade for standing out from the crowd.
The best newcomer award went to Mark and Eleanor Dodd at Oxford Street's The White Star Tavern & Dining Rooms, which is owned by Matthew Boyle and Mark.
Theme Magazine said: "This award pays homage to a duo that has had a great impact on the Southampton scene since their arrival a few years ago."
