STAFF at a luxury hotel on the edge of the New Forest are celebrating after scooping a top industry accolade.
Chewton Glen in New Milton won one of motoring organisation RAC's annual awards which are recognised as the "Oscars" of the UK and Ireland's hospitality trade.
The Gold Ribbon awards are only given to hotels demonstrating premier standards of customer care, service and accommodation.
Managing director Andrew Stembridge said: "We are thrilled to receive this accolade from the RAC, who also recently identified the grounds and gardens of the hotel as being among the 20 most attractive hotel gardens in the UK and Ireland."
Set in 130 acres of park, gardens and woodland, Chewton Glen boasts an award-winning restaurant, first-class leisure activities and luxurious accommodation.
