JIM Dixon has set his Basingstoke side the target of winning their next three London one fixtures and has warned he will not accept any more poor displays.
The 27-year-old senior coach says enough is enough after five defeats in five and that it is time 'Stoke turned their hard work in training into league points.
He said: "I've set the goal of three wins, which will take us off the bottom and into mid-table. We have to go out there tomorrow and get a result against Old Albanians - no excuses.
"The 18 or so first team players are fairly settled and have played the last three games, give or take a few minor changes, so they know what we have to do."
The Kiwi is reshuffling his back row and also has prop Steve Collins to call on for the first time in a year, since "Shrek" broke his ankle in training.
Dixon is relocating to No 8, while Tom Northcote, just 18, is moving to flanker.
Simon Appleby takes up his favoured openside flanker spot, formerly held by Dixon.
Explaining the changes, he said: "It will take a bit of pressure off Tom in the scrum and give Simon the chance to bring a bit more speed to us getting the ball wider.
"I'm looking forward to playing at No 8. I did it in Brisbane for a year when I played there and I think me moving to 8 is in the best interests of the team.
"It will be good to have Steve Collins available as prop has been a problem area for us. He will be a big influence on the side, but I'm not sure yet if he will start or come on later in the game."
Dixon said that Ross Stirling is unavailable because of Gloucester University commitments and that he wasn't sure who would replace him in the second row.
