Eastleigh Council and Norwich Union Healthcare are teaming up again this year to stage a fireworks spectacular in aid of the Wessex Cancer Trust.
The November 6 event will take place at the attractive Lakeside Country Park, off Wide Lane, Eastleigh, where waterside vantage points mirror the effects from the fireworks to create a stunning display.
Organisers say it is sure to be a great night for all the family, with train rides available on the Eastleigh Lakeside Miniature Railway before and after the display, which begins at 8pm.
Burger and doughnut vans will also be on site. Belinda Poore of Wessex Cancer Trust said: "We are delighted to have been chosen as the beneficiaries from this event.
"The money raised from ticket sales will go to help us continue to support those people in the local area affected by cancer."
Tickets for the event, priced at £4 for adults and £2 for children (aged two to 14) can be bought on the gate.
Tickets purchased in advance from either West End's Itchen Valley Country Park or the Eastleigh Lakeside Railway cost £3 for adults and £1.50 children.
