VEHICLES, armaments and exhibitions have been added to the line-up for Gosport's 800th anniversary freedom parade on Thursday.
A spectacular parade of freemen of the borough through the streets of the town is planned.
Included are 380 service personnel from defence establishments, free-men of the town, representatives from Gosport's twin town of Royan in France and two military bands.
The parade starts at Millennium Promenade at 11am and the salute will be taken by the Mayor of Gosport Cllr Keith Edwards outside the town hall at about 11.15am.
