BUBBA HO-TEP (15): Elvis and JFK are both alive, living in a nursing home and fighting evil to save the souls of their fellow residents.

A CINDERELLA STORY (PG): Misfiring updated high school version of the fairytale which is aimed squarely at younger female viewers.

COLLATERAL (15): Tom Cruise stars as a cold killer who hijacks a taxi in order to kill all of his targets in one night.

DEAD MAN'S SHOES (18): An ex-soldier goes on the rampage against drug dealers when they torture his retarded brother.

DODGEBALL: A TRUE UNDERDOG STORY (12A): Spoof sports movie in which a mismatched group of gym members enter a dodgeball contest in the hope of saving their gym from a hostile corporate take-over.

FAT SLAGS (15): The Viz characters are given the big screen treatment.

GARFIELD (U): The popular cartoon cat hits the big screen in this film which combines live action and computer-generated images to tell the story of Garfield, Odie and Jon. A bit hit and miss - fans of the comic strip may be disappointed.

HERO (12A): Beautifully shot Chinese martial arts film starring Jet Li.

HOME ON THE RANGE (U): Roseanne Barr and Judi Dench are among the stars providing the voices in this Disney animation about a group of animals determined to save their farm from closure.

INSIDE I'M DANCING (15): The life of Michael, who has cerebral palsy, takes a turn for the better when the wild Rory moves into his room at a residential home and the pair form a strong friendship.

LAYER CAKE (15): British gangster film that covers familiar ground with Daniel Craig playing a smooth-talking drug dealer who decides to accept one last job.

MAN ON FIRE (18): Denzel Washington stars as a bodyguard who goes in search of violent revenge when his young charge is kidnapped.

RED LIGHTS (15): When tempers flare in a traffic jam and a couple go their separate ways they are both put in great danger.

RESIDENT EVIL: APOCALYPSE (15): Alice, the sole survivor of the first film's horrors, awakes to find herself trapped in a city filled with zombies.

SAW (18): Horror in which two strangers become the latest victims of a deranged serial killer. Not for the fainthearted.

SHARK TALE (U): When a shark dies in an accident a young fish, Oscar, takes credit for killing him, catapulting him to celebrity status but getting shark mobsters on his back in the process.

SHREK 2 (U): Animated tale which sees Princess Fiona reveal to her parents that not only has she married an ogre but she has also become one herself.

SKY CAPTAIN AND THE WORLD OF TOMORROW (PG): Gwyneth Paltrow and Jude Law take to the skies in this action packed science-fiction fantasy.

THE TERMINAL (12A): A man arrives in JFK Airport just as his home country dissolves in a rebellion, making his passport invalid. Unable to leave the airport, he sets up home in the terminal.

THUNDERBIRDS (PG): Live action version of the popular puppet series which is aimed at younger viewers rather than adult fans of the TV show.

WHITE CHICKS (12A: Two male black cops go undercover as a pair of white society girls. An extremely far-fetched but funny film.

WIMBLEDON (12A):British romantic comedy about a struggling British tennis player whose game picks up after he begins a relationship with an American tennis star.

YU-GI-OH - THE MOVIE: THE PYRAMID OF LIGHT (PG): Animation which sees its hero, Yugi, have to defeat an ancient evil spirit which has risen from beneath the sands in Egypt.
