SET in a futuristic garden of white, translucent and luminous forms, Jardin Blanc will transform the stage at The Point, Eastleigh for one night into a magical land.
The theatre dance production Jardin Blanc will be at the theatre on Thursday, 21 October at 7.45pm.
The show, fronted by the inventive Yolande Snaith, is part of a national tour of dramatic dance, where lighting and design are used to mesmerising effect.
Jardin Blanc intertwines a surreal language of dance, human behaviour, text, music and song all into one production. Bodies assume other-worldly forms and create the complete theatrical experience for which this dance company is renowned.
Yolande is a highly experienced and potent force in British dance. Her productions are characterised by imaginary landscapes, dreamlike images, richly coloured design and creative performers, which can all be recognised in Jardin Blanc.
The production has been described as 'hypnotic' and 'passionate and beautiful' and is not to be missed.
Tickets: from £10. Box office: 023 8065 2333.
