WHIST drive: On Thursday, it's the whist drive, in the Millennium Village Hall, from 6.45pm.
CABARET tea: On Friday, October 22, there will be an afternoon cabaret tea, starring professional vocalists Jane Dunton and Tim Ames, also in the hall.
The act will include songs by Judy Garland, Frank Sinatra, Marilyn Monroe, and the tea will include a selection of sandwiches and a gateaux.
There will be two performances, one at noon and another at 4pm.
Tickets cost £7.50, and are available from Craig Cole on 01256 782315.
CRAFT fair: Last Sunday was very successful, with lots of customers starting their Christmas shopping early.
This event gets more popular every year, as is reflected by the brisk business in the refreshments area!
