SIX students have begun their accountancy careers with regional accountants and business advisers Tenon, based at Chandler's Ford.
Ray Hallett, director of business services, said: "We strive to provide training opportunities at all levels for students every year."
Chris Maslin, an economics graduate from Southampton University, and Holly Hipkins, a maths and philosophy graduate from the same university, will be studying for their Istitute of Chartered Accountants qualifications, along with Charlotte Oxenham, a history and philosophy graduate from York University and Kelly Stephen-Martin, who has recently completed her AAT exams.
Jessica Launder, a graduate from the University of the West of England, will be studying for the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants qualification after working for a local mortgage company for the past year.
Andrew Reed will begin his Association of Accounting Technicians exams after completing A-Levels at Barton Peveril College, Eastleigh.
