SCOTT Watson continued his excellent end-of-season form with two victories on the Hampshire PGA's 2004 Irish Tour.
The Dummer professional, fresh from his success in the recent Meachers Masters Championship at Barton-on-Sea, shot two sub-par rounds to win both pro-am tournaments played at the picturesque Kenmare Club.
In the main event of the tour, the 36-hole ERIF UK Limited Pro-Am at the daunting Ring of Kerry Golf and Country Club, Chilworth's Ceb Aby and Lee-on-the-Solent's James Ablett shared the spoils. Both shot six-over-par totals of 150 in showery and blustery conditions.
Like Watson, Aby has finished the season in some style, winning the Hampshire PGA Short Course Championship at Ampfield.
Other highlights of the Irish tour included Jon Barnes's excellent three-under-par 69 in the second round at the Ring of Kerry, two pro-am victories for Broadstone's Matt Wilson and his amateur team of Paul Lovesy, Paul Torrible and Jon Robinson, and Graham Smith's winning 47-point haul in the Bowmaker Tournament at Kenmare Golf Club.
