ARTS and crafts, board games, computers and sport - there is plenty on offer for youngsters who want to stay on after lessons at one Eastleigh school.
Now organisers of the after-school club at Crestwood Community School are looking for more children to join in.
They provide sessions where pupils from seven local schools can socialise and take part in a wide range of activities straight after school from Mondays to Fridays.
Youngsters aged between four and 13 can even be picked up from their school and taken safely to the club by minibus, or walked round in a supervised group.
Louise Sarton, of Crestwood Community School, said the club was great news for children with working parents.
She said: "The club was started up because there was a clear need for it. There was nowhere for children to go after school. But we are looking for more children to join now the new school year has begun."
