THE highly acclaimed and accomplished Wallop Artists staged their annual two-day exhibition over the weekend.
The event took place in the Wallops parish hall and as usual attracted a wide range of artistic endeavour to the attractive village location.
One of the top-draw artists to exhibit her works was the world-renowned sculptress Vivien Mallock whose studio is just a few miles away in Quarley.
Her work is principally in bronze and covers a wide spectrum ranging from large monuments to smaller figures of humans and animals.
Her largest work to date has been a nine-foot memorial depicting a five-man crew of a Comet tank, which was unveiled by the Queen and stands in Whitehall.
Vivien was also the last artist to complete a portrait sculpture of Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother.
